SKF India - Senior Full Stack Developer - Generative AI

Role Purpose :

As a Senior Full Stack GenAI Developer in SKFs AI Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a critical role in building AI-powered applications that embed intelligence into SKFs business and operational processes.

You will work closely with AI engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver scalable AI-driven applications, contributing directly to innovation, productivity, and operational efficiency across the global organization.

This is a hands-on technical role involving end-to-end application development and is a key position in establishing SKFs next-generation AI platforms and technical assistants.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Python and C#

- Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices

- Integrate backend services with Azure components such as Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB

- Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React with TypeScript

- Ensure high-quality user experience through performance optimization and clean UI architecture

- Build full-stack applications that integrate Generative AI, LLMs, and AI services

- Collaborate with AI engineers to embed models into real-world business workflows

- Own the full lifecycle of application development including design, development, testing, and

deployment readiness

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and scalability best practices

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python (Mandatory)

- Proven experience building RESTful services and APIs

- Experience with Azure services

- Solid experience in React with TypeScript (Mandatory)

- Strong understanding of software design principles, best practices, and design patterns

- Experience with Docker for containerized application development

- Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code

Candidate Profile :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience : 12+ years of overall experience
