Experience: 3+ years.

Role Description :

- Architect and develop scalable, maintainable frontend applications using Angular.

- Own and drive key frontend initiatives from conception to production.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

- Lead code reviews, establish frontend coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team.

- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- Stay current with frontend trends and advocate for best practices in performance, accessibility, and usability.

- Participate in architectural discussions and provide strategic input on frontend roadmap planning.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience using modern software engineering processes.

- Proficient in JavaScript and Angular Framework.

- You think critically about your work and ask questions to improve the product, not only on its technical implementation but also on how well its serving the users' needs.

- Experience in designing and building component libraries or design systems.

- You have built performant and scalable apps, made pragmatic tradeoffs, and can point to your prior work.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- When things inevitably break, you eagerly jump in to diagnose and fix the core issues.

- Experience working in an early-stage startup is a huge plus.

Nice to have :

- Product sense.

- Debugging complex performance issues.
