Responsibilities :

- Lead the organisation's strategy from a technical perspective to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Manage team sprints, ensuring operational efficiency and timely delivery of commitments by providing necessary direction.

- Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.

- Manage and optimise infrastructure assets to meet internal targets.

- Create and ensure adherence to overall technology standards and practices.

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.

- Utilise stakeholder feedback to devise necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience with Node.js .

- 3+ years of team management experience.

- 6+ years of experience in building end-to-end full-stack products.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in MySQL and MongoDB.

- Strong command of Node.js and its internals.

- Proficiency with RESTful web services/APIs using ExpressJS.

- Comfortable with server-side technologies like Python, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, etc.

- Good command of cloud infrastructure (MS Azure preferred, AWS).

- Keen attention to detail and a passion for building high-quality products.

- Ability to learn quickly and understand new concepts.

- Willingness to work in an agile startup environment and take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.
