Role Overview:

As an SDE III (Frontend), you will serve as a technical anchor for our core product development team in Gurugram. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, high-performance web interfaces that serve millions of users, ensuring that our platform remains both intuitive and robust.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital experiences. Your work will directly influence user retention and platform scalability, positioning you as a key driver of our technical roadmap and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement complex frontend features using AngularJS and modern JavaScript to ensure high-performance, responsive, and maintainable codebases.

- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to mentor junior developers and maintain high engineering standards across the frontend team.

- Optimize application performance and load times to provide a frictionless experience for our global user base.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to bridge the gap between design vision and technical feasibility, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing the overall reliability of our web applications.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building large-scale web applications using AngularJS and deep proficiency in core JavaScript concepts.

- Proven ability to design modular, reusable frontend components that simplify maintenance and accelerate development cycles.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of debugging intricate issues in high-traffic production environments.

- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a hybrid office environment in Gurugram, and capable of fostering a culture of continuous learning and peer support.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
