We are looking for a skilled and proactive SDET II Manual who can lead the design and development of robust automation frameworks, mentor junior QA engineers, and take strategic ownership of test infrastructure across the platform.

As a SDET II, you will :

- Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans based on product requirements and user stories.

- Perform thorough regression, exploratory, functional, integration, and system testing across web and mobile platforms.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

- Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution; own test reporting and quality metrics for your areas.

- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to align testing activities with development.

- Provide support during release cycles, ensuring smooth production deployments and timely bug triaging.

- Contribute to test strategy improvements, documentation, and onboarding material for QA processes.

- Partner with automation engineers to suggest test cases for automation and maintain a strong manual-automation balance.

As a SDET II Manual, you must have :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web-based applications.

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, types (functional, regression, smoke, etc.), and STLC processes.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).

- Basic understanding of REST APIs and ability to use tools like Postman for API validation.

- Exposure to CI/CD concepts and experience in test execution in environments like Jenkins is a plus.

- Good understanding of browser dev tools for debugging.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
