Role Overview :

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building and scaling the core architecture of our fintech ecosystem. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex financial requirements into intuitive, high-performance web applications.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and speed of our platform, directly impacting how thousands of users interact with credit products daily. You will be expected to take ownership of end-to-end features, from database design to frontend delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of code quality and system security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js to ensure high availability for our transaction processing systems.

- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular 11 to provide a seamless experience for merchants and end-users.

- Optimize application performance and database queries to handle high-concurrency traffic during peak transaction periods.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party financial APIs and enhance the overall functionality of the lending marketplace.

- Implement robust security protocols and data protection measures to maintain compliance with financial industry standards.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using Node.js, Express.js, and Angular 11 in a production environment.

- Strong proficiency in designing and managing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support complex business workflows.

- Proven ability to manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the entire technology stack.

- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively within an agile team.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Gurgaon, maintaining high productivity and self-motivation.

- 6 - 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a track record of delivering high-impact web solutions.
