Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer with 8 - 12 years of experience to join our engineering team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and scaling high-performance server-side applications that serve as the backbone of our digital ecosystem.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps specialists, to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the scalability of our platform, ensuring seamless experiences for millions of users and driving significant business growth through reliable, high-availability systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js to support high-traffic applications, ensuring optimal performance and system reliability.

- Collaborate with product stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that backend architecture aligns with long-term business objectives and user needs.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting engineering best practices to elevate the overall quality of the codebase.

- Optimize database queries and API integrations to reduce latency, directly improving the end-user experience and system efficiency.

- Lead the resolution of complex technical bottlenecks by performing deep-dive debugging and performance tuning across the entire backend stack.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate mastery in building complex, distributed systems using Node.js and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

- Exhibit strong architectural thinking, with the ability to design modular, maintainable, and secure APIs that integrate seamlessly with various frontend frameworks.
