Job Description :
Skan is seeking an experienced and highly skilled technical manager to lead our Implementation Services team in driving the successful deployment of our products within customer environments.
In this critical leadership role, you will oversee a team of Implementation Consultants who serve as the primary technical liaisons between Skan and our customers, ensuring seamless product implementation, configuration, and assisting our customers in realizing maximum value from our solutions.
- Become the authority on Skan's revolutionary process intelligence suite, continuously expanding your expertise as our platform evolves.
- Guide and elevate Implementation Consultants with your technical acumen, ensuring exceptional delivery quality across all engagements.
- Shape product evolution by channeling frontline insights to our Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing our innovation roadmap.
- Lead from the frontlines by driving process execution from initial planning through successful deployment.
Team Leadership and Management :
- Build and inspire a high-performing team of Implementation Consultants who thrive on solving complex process challenges.
- Cultivate excellence through personalized coaching, creating advancement pathways that accelerate professional growth.
- Establish performance frameworks that align individual goals with company objectives while fostering continuous improvement.
- Create a dynamic culture where innovation, customer obsession, and collaborative problem-solving flourish.
- Navigate challenges as the go-to escalation leader, transforming obstacles into opportunities.
Project Oversight and Delivery Excellence :
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Skan projects for the region and/or vertical by working through the implementation consultants.
- Monitor project timelines, deployment schedules, and ensure adherence to ambitious delivery commitments.
- Implement processes and methodologies to drive consistent and efficient project execution.
- Manage escalations by documenting risks and impacts, partnering with internal teams and customers to develop remediation plans.
- Identify automation/scripting opportunities where possible to avoid repetitive work and
reduce inefficient work around.
Customer Engagement and Stakeholder Management :

- Synchronize cross-functional efforts across Sales, Product, Engineering and Support to create
seamless customer journeys.
- Catalyze innovation by identifying emerging needs and translating customer feedback into
new product capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills :
- 10+ years in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, or Process Improvement with 3+ years in
management.
- Proven track record leading high-performing technical teams through complex
implementation projects.
- Exceptional communication skills that resonate with both technical teams and C-suite
executives.
- Superior problem-solving abilities with experience navigating multifaceted project landscapes.
- Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, APIs, security protocols, and communication
frameworks.
