Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Sitecore CMS. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x, SXA, Solr, ASP.NET MVC/.NET, C#, and Sitecore content management capabilities.

The candidate will work closely with architects, business analysts, UI/UX teams, and other technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Sitecore CMS.

- Develop reusable SXA components, renderings, templates, page designs, and layouts.

- Configure, manage, and optimize Solr search indexes for search and content discovery requirements.

- Implement Sitecore content management, workflows, personalization, rules, and related platform features.

- Develop integrations between Sitecore and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration mechanisms.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable application designs and code.

- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, UI/UX teams, and other development teams.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.

- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and provide timely production fixes.

- Participate in Sitecore deployment, release management, and environment-related activities.

- Maintain application security, performance, reliability, and integrity.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer or technical guidance to team members.

- Monitor bugs and errors and implement effective solutions within agreed timelines.

- Contribute to estimation, planning, and timely delivery of assigned development activities.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x Development.

- Experience with Sitecore SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator).

- Strong knowledge of Solr configuration, indexing, troubleshooting, and optimization.

- Experience with ASP.NET MVC and .NET Framework.

- Strong programming skills in C#.

- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience with Sitecore Content Management, workflows, personalization, and rules engine.

- Experience with Sitecore deployment and release management.

- Understanding of web application architecture, development standards, and best practices.
