About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Sitecore MVP to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role requires deep expertise in Sitecore XP/XM Cloud, strong .NET/C# development skills, and the ability to design and lead enterprise-scale Sitecore solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a technical leader, driving best practices, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality Sitecore implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Sitecore architecture, design, and development for enterprise-grade digital solutions.

- Design and develop reusable Sitecore components, templates, and features using Helix architecture.

- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across Sitecore implementations.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring.

- Ensure adherence to Sitecore, .NET, and cloud best practices and coding standards.

- Support and execute Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments (XP to XM Cloud / Headless).

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, Azure infrastructure, and release management.

- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Official Sitecore MVP certification (mandatory).

- 8+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experience in enterprise environments.

- Strong expertise in Sitecore XP and XM Cloud, including headless implementations.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and modern backend development practices.

- Solid experience with Helix architecture, SXA, and component-based development.

- Experience with Azure cloud services, App Services, Storage, and monitoring tools.

- Strong understanding of headless CMS, Sitecore JSS, and front-end integrations.

- Experience working with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
