Role Summary :

Sitecore Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications using the Sitecore Experience Platform. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable digital solutions. The Sitecore Lead will also act as a mentor to junior team members and contribute to the evolution of the development processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable web solutions using Sitecore and related technologies.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementations.

- Customize and extend Sitecore components, templates, and modules to meet project requirements.

- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of Sitecore applications.

- Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems and APIs.

- Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to ensure seamless implementation.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within the development team.

People Leadership :

- Act as a subject matter expert in Sitecore technologies within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining complex Sitecore implementations, with a deep understanding of the .NET framework and C#.

- Proven ability to build dynamic, component-based front-end architectures using React or Angular, complemented by strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.

- Advanced capability in managing and optimizing SQL Server databases to support high-scale enterprise applications.
