Job Description

Role Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting identity solutions. This role requires expertise in key technologies such as Okta and Terraform, along with a solid foundation in coding, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

Key Responsibilities :

Identity Design & Development: Design and develop robust and scalable identity solutions, focusing on key areas like Authentication, Authorization, and Directory Services.

Automation & Infrastructure: Utilize Terraform to build and manage end-to-end workflows and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and maintain infrastructure.

Coding & Scripting: Apply proficiency in Python & Go to solve complex problems and contribute to the development of tools and systems.

CI/CD & Reliability: Work within a modern DevOps environment, managing CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and maintaining the reliability and availability of identity services.

Troubleshooting: Apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills :

Identity & Access Management: Expertise in Identity design & development, including Authentication, Authorization, and Directory Services.

Automation: Proficiency with Okta and Terraform for end-to-end workflows.

Programming: Strong coding skills in Python & Go, sufficient for technical challenges during interviews.

DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience :

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a Site Reliability or DevOps engineering role, with a focus on Identity.
