Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of modern cloud-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams to improve production stability, automate operational processes, and enhance monitoring while driving continuous improvements across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to ensure reliable and predictable production operations.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents.

- Implement proactive monitoring and preventive measures to minimize outages.

- Analyze application logs, code, and system performance to identify root causes.

- Improve system reliability through automation and operational excellence.

- Develop scripts and automate repetitive operational tasks.

- Maintain production environments and ensure high availability.

- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

- Participate in on-call support for critical production incidents.

- Track/report SLI, SLO and Error Budget metrics.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 9 years in SRE, DevOps, Production Support, or Platform Engineering.

- Experience with eCommerce applications.

- CI/CD, GitHub Actions.

- Azure and/or GCP.

- Kubernetes (AKS/GKE).

- Terraform and/or Ansible.

- Splunk and Grafana.

- ServiceNow and ITIL processes.

- API-based architectures and microservices.

- Intermediate Python, Java, Go, C#, or Ruby.

Good to Have :

- Headless Commerce platforms.

- React.js, React Native, or Node.js.

- CommerceTools or Fabric.

- Performance engineering and solution architecture.

- Desktop/mobile application support.
