SITA - Senior Java Full Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and integrating cloud-based systems, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring seamless deployment in hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React/Angular.

- Build, deploy, and manage applications in Azure Cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub workflows.

- Develop and maintain microservices and containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

- Integrate on-premise systems with cloud platforms to create hybrid infrastructure solutions.

- Ensure adherence to security architecture and data protection standards across applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product management for end-to-end delivery.

- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance through best engineering practices.

- Document technical standards, architecture diagrams, and implementation details.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.

- Support cloud migration initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Key Skillsets :

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.

- Proven hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services including AKS, App Services, and Storage Accounts.

- Expertise in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.

- Sound understanding of container orchestration, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of hybrid cloud integrations involving on-premise and cloud systems.

- Familiarity with ESB, SOA concepts, and XML-based web services (SOAP, XSLT, XSD).

- Strong database skills with SQL, stored procedures, and triggers.

- Experience with messaging systems such as IBM MQ or RabbitMQ.

- Proficiency in version control systems and source code management best practices.

- Strong understanding of application security principles and cloud governance.
