SITA - Network Infrastructure Engineer - SDWAN

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM :

SITA is proud to present a great opportunity for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our Network Engineering team. You will be part of a diverse and creative team that is continually striving to offer the best quality products and services that are continuously transforming air travel.

As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will study and organize the validation of new features of the SITA Managed SDWAN Network solution to answer to customer and product management requirements with appropriate architectures.

WHAT YOULL DO :

- Work as part of the SDWAN engineering team on the SITA SDWAN solution definition

- Study and Validate the SITA SDWAN Solution new Features and Releases

- Collaborate with various stakeholders withing SITA (Product, Operations..) to meet SDWAN project objectives

- Engage with provider to fix issues found / Opened cases / new SITA feature requests

- Support the validation through lab and pilots

- Support both Solution Designers and Project Managers on customer projects and Operations in case of problem escalation

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS :

- University degree or equivalent preferably in Data Communication, Computer Science or similar

- 3-5 years in Networking and security experience

- Experience in network design, operational support, hands-on implementation and configuration of network elements

- SDWAN solution with a preference on Versa solution

- Working with external providers

- Communication skills - Must be able to interact with internal stakeholders.
