SIRO Clinpharm - SAP PLM Technical Consultant

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient SAP PLM Technical Consultant to join our team. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end technical configuration, development, and implementation of SAP PLM solutions, with a strong emphasis on Specification Management. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP PLM modules, an understanding of underlying data models, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform hands-on technical configuration within SAP PLM, primarily focusing on Specification Management (EHS-SV or PLM Recipe Development).

- Design, develop, and configure functionalities related to WWI (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) reports, ensuring accurate data extraction and template design for regulatory and product

documentation.

- Implement and configure Class and Classification systems (e.g., SAP Classification System, Master Data Governance for Material/Product), including characteristic maintenance, object dependencies, and class hierarchies.

- Configure and manage Phrase Management (EHS-PHR), ensuring consistent and compliant usage of phrases across specifications and reports.

- Develop and debug custom enhancements using ABAP where standard functionalities do not meet specific business requirements.

- Responsible for planning and executing SAP PLM Implementation, Development, and Support activities, covering all phases from blueprint to go-live and post-production support.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand complex client requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and configurations.

- Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing support, and defect resolution for SAP PLM solutions.

- Apply strong knowledge of Business Processes within SAP PLM and leverage exposure to process industry best practices to design and implement technically sound solutions.

- Understand the underlying data models of SAP PLM, particularly for specifications, materials, and recipes, to ensure data integrity and efficient system performance.

- Provide expert technical solutions and advisory to clients, guiding them on the optimal use and configuration of SAP PLM modules to achieve their business objectives.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on technical SAP PLM experience.

- Proven technical expertise and configuration experience in SAP PLM Specification Management (EHS-SV / PLM-WUI-RD).

- In-depth understanding and configuration skills for WWI report generation, templates, and associated logic.

- Proficiency in configuring Class and Classification systems within SAP.

- Hands-on experience with Phrase Management (EHS-PHR) configuration and usage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex functional requirements into technical designs and configurations.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of ABAP development for custom enhancements in SAP PLM.
