We are seeking a high-caliber SAP OTC Functional Consultant with specialized expertise in the SAP IS-Media (Industry Solution for Media) vertical. This role is critical for managing complex "Order-to-Cash" cycles within the media and publishing domain, specifically focusing on Subscription Management, Circulation and Sales (M/SD), and Media Billing. You will play a pivotal role in our S/4HANA Migration journey, translating legacy media processes into optimized, cloud-native workflows. Your mission is to bridge the gap between traditional media sales models and digital-first subscription architectures, ensuring seamless integration between high-volume billing, financial accounting (FI-AR/FI-CA), and customer fulfillment.

Responsibilities :

- IS-Media Process Engineering : Architect and configure end-to-end media sales processes, including Subscription Sales and Distribution (M/SD) and Single Copy Sales.

- OTC Lifecycle Management : Own the full Order-to-Cash cycle, from contract creation and media-specific order entry to delivery, shipping, and automated billing.

- Media Billing & Revenue : Configure and optimize complex Media Billing engines, handling high-volume subscription cycles, credit memos, and revenue recognition patterns specific to digital and print media.

- S/4HANA Migration Leadership : Lead functional workstreams for the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring the integrity of IS-Media data objects and business partners (BP) during the transition.

- Subscription Models : Design and implement flexible subscription frameworks, supporting bundled products (Digital + Print), recurring billing, and renewal management.

- Master Data Governance : Oversee the configuration of media-specific master data, including Media Products, Geographical Structures, and Media Business Partners.

- Cross-Module Integration : Orchestrate seamless integration between OTC and Finance modules (FI-AR or FI-CA for high-volume billing), as well as Materials Management (MM) for physical distribution.

- Regulatory & Audit Compliance : Ensure all billing and sales processes adhere to global media industry standards, taxation rules, and audit requirements.

- Production Support & Troubleshooting : Act as the Tier-3 functional expert for complex production issues related to circulation, distribution, and settlement.

- Stakeholder Consultation : Partner with business leaders to identify process gaps and drive digital transformation through standard SAP Media functionalities.

Technical Requirements :

- SAP Core Mastery : 6+ years of deep functional experience in SAP OTC (SD) and IS-Media.

- IS-Media Specifics : Proven hands-on experience with M/SD (Media Sales and Distribution) and M/AM (Media Advertising Management).

- S/4HANA Transformation : Direct experience with S/4HANA Brownfield or Greenfield migrations, including knowledge of the "Simplification List" for Media.

- Billing Excellence : Expert knowledge of Media Billing procedures, collective billing, and integration with financial contract accounts.

- Business Partner Approach : Strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA Business Partner (BP) concept in the context of media customers and vendors.

- Customization & Enhancements : Ability to write clear Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).

Preferred Skills :

- FI-CA Knowledge : Familiarity with Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), often used in high-volume media subscription environments.

- Digital Transformation : Experience transitioning traditional print-media business models into digital subscription services.

- API & Integration : Understanding of how SAP IS-Media interfaces with external web shops, paywalls, and circulation platforms via IDOCs or OData services.

- Agile Methodology : Experience working in a structured Agile/Scrum environment for large-scale SAP global rollouts.

- Analytical Problem Solving : Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex media contract logic into scalable SAP configurations
