Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP IBP Consultant with over 10 years of combined experience in the IBP/APO domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IBP Supply Planning, alongside extensive experience with ECC/S4 and APO SNP/PPDS modules. You will play a critical role in designing, building, and testing SAP IBP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with ECC/S4, and aligning business processes with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

SAP IBP Supply Planning Expertise :

- Leverage in-depth experience in SAP IBP Supply Planning to design and implement robust planning solutions.

- Apply knowledge from APO SNP/PPDS modules to enhance IBP solution design and integration.

Project Lifecycle Involvement :

- Participate significantly in at least two SAP IBP projects during the design, build, and test phases.

- Contribute to successful project delivery through active engagement and expertise.

Business Process Alignment & Gap Analysis :

- Map S4 SAP processes with IBP business processes to identify gaps and areas for optimization.

- Propose solutions that minimize customization while adhering to industry best practices.

Integration & Master Data Management :

- Identify necessary technical objects for enabling master data transfer between S4 and IBP.

- Design and implement solutions for publishing planning results back to S4.

- Utilize prior experience in APO Core Interface (CIF) and CI-DS (Cloud Integration Data Services) for seamless integration with IBP.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Exhibit good communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical and functional

concepts.

- Be willing and able to conduct remote sessions via Teams video for larger client audiences as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience :

- 10+ years of combined experience in the SAP IBP and APO domain for Planning and Integration.

- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP IBP project experiences involving design, build, and test phases.

Module Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP Supply Planning.

- Robust background in SAP ECC/S4 and SAP APO SNP (Supply Network Planning) / PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) modules.

Integration Knowledge :

- Proven experience in mapping S4 SAP processes with IBP business processes.

- Ability to identify technical objects for master data enabling and results publishing.

- Preferred prior experience with APO Core Interface (CIF).

- Strong knowledge of CI-DS (Cloud Integration Data Services) for IBP integration.

Analytical & Problem-Solving :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Willingness and ability to conduct remote sessions via Teams video for larger client audiences.
