Role Overview:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Singularium Technologies, you will be at the forefront of implementing and supporting our solutions for key clients. You will work closely with our sales, engineering, and product teams to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful deployments. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our technology and our clients' business objectives, directly impacting customer satisfaction and driving adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales and solution architects to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs.

- Design and implement custom solutions using Python, Django, and MySQL to address specific client needs.

- Develop and maintain scripts for automating IT infrastructure tasks and streamlining deployment processes.

- Provide on-site and remote support to clients during solution implementation and post-implementation phases, ensuring smooth operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the engineering team to identify and implement long-term solutions.

- Document solution designs, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing and client reference.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions by providing feedback from client interactions to the product development team.

- Train client personnel on the use of our solutions, empowering them to maximize the value of our platform.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust and scalable solutions using Python, Django, and MySQL.

- Proven experience in scripting and automating IT infrastructure tasks.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Adaptable to working on-site in Bangalore with occasional travel to client locations as needed.
