Simulator Support Engineer III

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Simulator Support Engineer III to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in simulator operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This is a high-priority position, and candidates with a shorter notice period will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support and perform troubleshooting for simulator systems.

- Maintain, calibrate, and optimize simulator performance to ensure reliability for training and operational use.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to diagnose and resolve software issues.

- Document technical issues, resolutions, and preventive maintenance measures.

- Support simulator system upgrades, installations, and configurations.

- Respond promptly to operational support requests and ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.

- 3- 5 years of relevant experience in simulator support, maintenance, or operations.

- Strong understanding of simulator hardware, software, and networking systems.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
