Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.

The role involves implementing DevOps best practices, infrastructure as code, automation, monitoring, and security controls on AWS (with exposure to Azure/GCP).

You will collaborate across the SDLC, support production and non-production systems, mentor team members, and help establish monitoring and incident management processes.

Strong experience with cloud platforms, Terraform, CI/CD tools, containerization, scripting, and monitoring solutions is required.

Duties and responsibilities :

- Experience in building platforms and frameworks to create consistent, verifiable, and automatic management of applications and infrastructure between non-production and production environments.

- Configure and deploy cloud-based applications and implement DevOps best practices.

- Participate in software development lifecycle including infrastructure design and debugging required to achieve successful implementation.

- Manage and build CI/CD pipelines for various code bases hosted on different source controls (Git/SVN).

- Deploy monitoring solutions for applications and leverage APM tools like NewRelic/Datadog.

- Basic administration of MySQL servers.

- Manage multi-account setup on AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Assist in setting up a NOC team by setting up alarms/incident management processes using PagerDuty.

- Understanding and executing best practices to manage and reduce security risk, and protect your networks and data.

- Support/mentor team members.

Desired skills :

- Experience with source control management (Git,SVN).

- Experience in IaC ( Terraform ).

- Minimum 7+ years of DevOps experience with at least 3 years experience in AWS Cloud.

- Exposure to automation using Jenkins/Gitlab or AWS Code Developer Tools.

- Experience with containerization using Docker (ECS will be a plus).

- Strong Scripting Skills (Bash, Python).

- Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Nagios, Grafana, Zabbix).

- Experience managing Dev/Test environments.

- (Production environment will be a plus).

- Strong analytical skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
