Simpliigence - Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Description :

- Design and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.

- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code following industry best practices and Salesforce coding standards.

- Build and manage complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware tools, and platform events.

- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and technical leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.

- Optimize and refactor existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.

- Provide mentorship to junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and development practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Mandatory).

- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.

- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform events.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, ANT, Salesforce CLI, VS Code).

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, and Confluence.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications.

- Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset) is a plus.

- Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus.
