Simpliigence - Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend logic for Salesforce applications using Apex.

- Lead the backend development of custom Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.

- Work with Salesforce architects and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize code for performance and scalability in large data-volume environments.

- Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and platform limitations.

- Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specs and test cases.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless system integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Apex and Salesforce platform capabilities.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick or custom) is highly preferred.

- Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing and visibility rules, and platform limits.

- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools for Salesforce is a plus.

- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Background in custom quote engines or CPQ customization in large enterprises.
