This role requires strong project management capabilities, technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Salesforce implementations.

- Work closely with businesses and technical teams to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.

- Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

- Monitor project progress using tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets.

- Manage project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and client stakeholders.

- Maintain documentation, project reports, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards in design and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager or Technical Project Manager in Salesforce implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce).

- Experience managing Agile projects and driving Scrum ceremonies.

- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Salesforce Project Management certification.

- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integration projects.

- Familiarity with DevOps processes for Salesforce deployments.

- Prior experience working with remote or global teams.
