Simpliigence - Product Owner - Agile Methodologies

Description :

- Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements and user stories to Agile development teams.

- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product features.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure product vision is delivered effectively.

- Manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities and is refined regularly.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Monitor product progress and performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure alignment between product development and strategic business objectives.

- Provide guidance and support to remote teams across different time zones.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Agile software teams.

- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner.

- 3+ years of experience working on projects involving Web UI and Web Services.

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and distributed teams.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with API development and integration patterns.

- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments.

- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions.
