Simpliigence - Data Scientist - Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence

Description :

We are hiring for a Data Scientist with,

- 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-related roles.

- Expert in Python, including libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Strong understanding of core ML algorithms : supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.

- Experience with LLMs and building GenAI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

- Deep knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and integrating knowledge bases with LLMs.

- Understanding of agentic AI principles and ability to design autonomous AI workflows.

- Proficient in Prompt Engineering : crafting, testing, and refining prompts for accuracy, reliability, and depth.

- Problem-solving mindset with a strong ability to think smart and solution creatively under constraints.

- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control (Git).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.

- Work with LLMs (Large Language Models) and implement RAG-based architectures to enhance generative capabilities using external knowledge sources.

- Explore and apply principles of agentic AI to build autonomous agents capable of reasoning and task execution.

- Leverage Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize interactions with LLMs for specific use cases.

- Write clean, efficient, and production-ready Python code, integrating with APIs, data sources, and front-end systems as needed.

- Conduct model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance tuning.

- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices and reusable components.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in ML, AI, and GenAI ecosystems.
