Key Responsibilities :
Team and Project Management :
1. Database : Oracle 19c RAC, Golden Gate, OEM, etc.
2. Middleware : Oracle WebLogic, OHS.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
ITIL Practices and ITSM Framework :
- Apply ITIL best practices to manage incidents, changes, and problem management processes.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and its components.
Project Management Tools and Processes :
- Utilize project management tools for tracking progress, reporting, and communication.
- Follow standardized processes for planning, execution, and closure of projects.
Coordination and Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align project objectives with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience in at least one core infrastructure domain such as OS, Middleware, Network, or Database, with a preference for Middleware domain expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL framework and its components
- Demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure projects using industry-standard tools and processes
- Ability to manage and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
