- Demonstrate an unwavering attitude to support product and change management rollouts in production.

- Lead the deployment team and ensure deployment success with close coordination with the team.

- Ability to rapidly take decisive decisions on roll backs and ensure minimal impact to production systems in UPI.

- He should also have the ability and attitude to learn and adapt to new technologies introduced on the managed platform.

- Able to function in a dynamic environment in shifts and holidays and mentor team members.

- Capability to support multiple environments roll-out engagements at the same time

- Ability to engage with customer and OEM technical teams for design, architecture, security, infrastructure.

- Lead the production deployment calls and ensure governance in line with established norms set by Infra head.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech/MBA/MCA with specialization in IT or Computer Science

- Experience in implementing cluster deployments for Weblogic.

- Desirable if also experienced in ELK, KAFKA, Redis and OpenShift Platform.

- Good understanding of DevOps architecture and associated cloud strategy and owning the road-map for CI/CD implementation/ rollout

- Experience in Architecting, designing, building, integrating, improving and managing CI/CD tools and pipelines

- Strong knowledge of DevOps Automation Platform tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, Ansible/Chef/Puppet etc)

- Knowledge of installation/configuration for tools like Sanovi,Airflow, Argo workflows etc

- Strong working knowledge in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and GCP will be preferred. Well versed with cloud based DevOps practices is plus.

- Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure and actively troubleshooting any issues in CI/CD pipelines to make the delivery process faster.

- Working closely with central product teams and assisting in making the client development team updated on technology and training

- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
