Description :

- 7 years of Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.

- Conduct process discovery and feasibility analysis with business stakeholders.

- Develop reusable automation components and maintain Bot libraries and frameworks.

- Integrate RPA with APIs, databases, and legacy systems for end-to-end automation.

Agentic Automation and AI experience :

- Design Agentic Workflows combining RPA bots with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) for dynamic decision-making, data interpretation, and conversational interactions.

- Implement autonomous agents that can plan, execute, and self-correct based on context, goals, and feedback.

- Use UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, UiPath Maestro, UiPath Autopilot, UiPath REFrameWork, Dispatcher-Performer, Automation Anywhere Document Automation, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to create intelligent, context-aware automations.

- 5 years of solid hands-on experience in Excel Automation, PDF Automation and UI Automation

- Enable reasoning and self-healing mechanisms in workflows using reinforcement signals or adaptive triggers.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. UiPath Studio / Orchestrator / AI Center

2. Automation Anywhere A360 / IQ Bot

3. Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows)

- Strong hands-on Experience in :

1. Bot lifecycle management and orchestration

2. Queue-based processing, exception handling, and retry mechanisms

3. API, REST, and JSON integrations

- Familiarity with LLMs, LangChain, or prompt orchestration frameworks.

- Experience using UiPath AI Fabric, Automation Anywhere Discovery Bot, or Power Platform AI Builder.

- Basic knowledge of LoRA, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or OpenAI API integration preferred.
