About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer who is passionate about building high-performance applications and eager to take on challenges. This role requires expertise in Python frameworks, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and develop efficient, high-quality code.

- Optimize application performance for smooth operation on multiple delivery platforms, including cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Lead the integration of user interface elements with server-side logic.

- Integrate multiple data sources and databases, ensuring proper integration of data storage and third-party libraries.

- Create scalable and optimized database schemas and handle large volumes of data.

- Conduct thorough testing using pytest and unittest, and perform debugging to ensure applications are bug-free.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Tech Stack & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience as a Python developer with strong client communication skills and team-leading experience.

- In-depth knowledge of Python frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

- Deep understanding of microservices, multi-tenant architecture, and best practices in Python.

- Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

- Experience with deployment using Docker, Nginx, Gunicorn, Uvicorn, Supervisor.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, AWS DynamoDB).

- Understanding of ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).

- Experience with frontend technologies (React, Vue, HTML, CSS, JS).

- Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Understanding of data processing frameworks like Apache Kafka or Spark is a plus.
