Job Title : Lead Engineer- React

Experience : 6+ years (with at least 2 years in a lead/mentoring role)

Location : Ahmedabad/ Hybrid/ Remote

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development of high-quality web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.

- Work closely with design teams (Figma, Zeplin) to convert UI/UX into pixel-perfect, responsive code.

- Build and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides with tools like Storybook.

- Optimize frontend performance for scalability, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser/device support.

- Collaborate with backend teams on API contracts, GraphQL schemas, and integration strategies.

- Mentor developers, conduct reviews, and enforce frontend coding standards.

- Drive adoption of modern tooling (Vite, Webpack, Turbopack) for faster builds and DX.

- Integrate AI-assisted tools for code generation, testing, and design-to-code workflows.

- 6+ years of frontend development experience.

- Expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux/Zustand, and modern JS (ES6+).

- Strong CSS knowledge : CSS3, Sass, Tailwind, CSS-in-JS (Styled Components/Emotion).

- Experience with SSR/SSG (Next.js), performance profiling, and code-splitting.

- Hands-on experience with Node.js/Express.js (1+ years) and familiarity with MongoDB.

- Strong experience in working with Storybook, Figma handoff, and component libraries (MUI, AntD, Chakra, Shadcn/ui, Radix).

- Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, and build optimization strategies.

- Exposure to AI-powered developer tools (Copilot, CodeWhisperer, AI test case generation).

- Understanding of design tokens, theming, and scalable design systems.

- Experience in setting up frontend testing pipelines (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
