Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across product engineering, cloud, AI/ML, data engineering etc. domains, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

- Fostering Agile and Lean principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize delivery efficiency.

- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to agreed scopes, timelines, and budgets.

- Conducting project reviews, audits and tracking non-compliances & red flags, and actions.

- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence.

- Guide Project Managers in planning, execution, problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

- Handle escalations effectively, build trust-based relationship, providing timely resolutions and maintaining customer confidence.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, delivery quality standards, and organizational policies.

- Regularly track and report project performance metrics to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with leadership to align delivery strategies with organizational goals.

- Drive process improvements and innovation in delivery methodologies and tools.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Total 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of experience in a delivery management role.

- Strong knowledge of Agile and latest SDLC/Devops practices.

- Exposure to software services projects within product engineering, applications, cloud, data, AI/ML.

- Good high-level understanding of technology approach, implementation and architectures concepts.

- Proven experience in managing delivery in challenging project environments.

- Very Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration within teams and with customers.

- Experience in managing North American, UK, European customers across diverse industries and project models.

- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.

- Empathy and emotional intelligence for understanding team and customer sentiments.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Master's degree is a plus
