SimCorp - Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack Development

Job Description :

Were looking for a Lead Software Engineer (7+ years) to lead the design and delivery of complex, business- critical software solutions. You'll work closely with product, design, and QA teams while providing technical leadership to engineering teams in a fast- paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead end- to- end design and development of scalable software solutions

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers

- Own key features from concept to production delivery

- Collaborate cross- functionally to ensure high- quality releases

- Drive best practices across coding, testing, and documentation

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, distributed system issues

- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering processes

Preferred candidate profile :

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Angular

- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB)

- Hands- on experience with Azure cloud, microservices

- CI/CD exposure using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions

- Strong system design, debugging, and problem- solving skills

- Experience leading architecture across backend & frontend systems

Good to Have :

- Azure certifications (AZ- 900, AZ- 204)

- Containerization experience (Docker / Podman)
