SimCorp - Lead Software Engineer - AngularJS/TypeScript

What You Will Be Responsible For :

- Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using AngularJS.

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reusable UI components and frontend architecture.

- Ability to work with the back-end, and collaborate with the team, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Test and deploy applications and systems.

- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.

- Drive technical discussions and decision-making aligned with long-term business goals.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on Angular (v18+).

- Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SASS.

- Experience building responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly web applications.

- Knowledge of C# .NET and object-oriented design principles.

- Solid understanding of APIs, state management, and browser performance tuning.

- Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, NX, Angular CLI) and version control (Git).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with any unit testing framework (Junit, Mockito, JEST, etc).

- Good to have knowledge on Ag-Grid, Dev Extreme.

- Experience of working in an Azure environment.

- Experience working in an international setting with people from many different cultures.

- Positive and constructive approach, you facilitate smooth interpersonal interactions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Extensive communication skills and fluency in English (speaking and writing).
