Role : Data Science Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, with a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems.

This role requires expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.

Exposure to Microsoft AI tools and agentic AI paradigms will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement advanced data science models to solve business problems.

- Work with structured and unstructured data to derive insights using statistical and machine learning techniques.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and develop data-driven strategies.

- Develop and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

- Support and implement MLOps practices to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of models.

- Explore and experiment with Agentic AI paradigms including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks.

- Document models, processes, and workflows and ensure compliance with best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Data Science, including ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data wrangling.

- Hands-on experience with Python/R and associated data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Solid understanding of data processing and visualization tools.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Microsoft AI tools and services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).

- Familiarity with Agentic AI paradigms including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks.

- Strong exposure to cloud platforms, with preference for Microsoft Azure.

- Experience with MLOps tools and practices, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Azure ML pipelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

- 6+ years of overall industry experience with at least 3 years in core data science roles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
