This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Cyber Services Lead SSE Tool Stack in Bangalore with Signify.

Experience Required :

- 5 - 8 years overall IT/security/networking experience.

- 2 - 3 years hands-on with SSE stack (SWG, ZTNA, DLP, RBI, SD-WAN) preferably on Cloudflare One / Cloudflare Gateway / Cloudflare Zero Trust.

Key Responsibilities / Activities :

Implementation & Configuration :

Deploy and configure Cloudflare Security Service Edge (SSE) stack including : .

- SWG (Secure Web Gateway) policies for URL filtering, threat protection, malware inspection.

- ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) policies to replace VPNs and provide secure app access.

- DLP (Data Loss Prevention) on SWG for sensitive data classification and policy enforcement.

- RBI (Remote Browser Isolation) for safe browsing experience.

- SD-WAN connectivity integration with Cloudflare network for branch/remote sites.

Integrate Cloudflare SSE with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.) for policy enforcement.

Operations & Management :

- Monitor Cloudflare Zero Trust & Gateway dashboards for policy compliance and incidents.

- Maintain and fine-tune access, security, and DLP policies in response to new threats or compliance needs.

- Perform regular audits, compliance checks, and log reviews.

- Troubleshoot end-user connectivity and security policy enforcement issues.

Automation & Integration :

- Automate configurations, reporting, and incident workflows using Cloudflare API, Terraform, or scripting (Python/PowerShell).

- Integrate SSE with SIEM/SOAR tools for centralized alerting and response.

Support & Documentation :

- Provide L2/L3 support for SSE platform issues.

- Maintain updated documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

- Train security/network operations staff on SSE usage and troubleshooting.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Cloudflare One platform (Zero Trust, Gateway, Magic WAN, RBI, DLP).

- Deep knowledge of SWG, ZTNA, RBI, SD-WAN, DLP concepts and deployment models.

- Familiarity with SASE/SSE architecture and Zero Trust security principles.

- Networking fundamentals : DNS, HTTP/S, TLS, VPN, IP routing.

- Hands-on with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.) and MFA integration.

- Experience with scripting (Python/PowerShell) or IaC tools (Terraform).

- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, DPDP Bill).

Preferred Certifications :

- Cloudflare Certified Zero Trust Professional (new certs rolling out from Cloudflare training).

- Zscaler ZCCA-IA / ZCCP-IA or Palo Alto Prisma SASE certs (as equivalents; good if Cloudflare-specific certs are not yet mainstream).

- CCNP Security / CCNP Enterprise (SD-WAN).

- Microsoft SC-400 / SC-900 (for DLP/compliance context, optional).

- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP (broad security knowledge).

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (security, network, compliance).

- Good documentation and communication skills.

- Comfort working in fast-paced, cloud-first environments.
