Key Responsibilities :

1. AI Solution Design & Agentic Workflows :

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI architectures.

- Design and deploy production-grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, planning, and task execution across enterprise systems using tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.

2. RAG & Knowledge Engineering :

- Design and implement high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Build document ingestion, indexing, embedding, reranking, and hybrid search pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS).

- Optimize domain-specific Enterprise Knowledge Assistants for high accuracy, low latency, and zero hallucinations.

3. LLM Engineering & Microservices :

- Build resilient AI microservices (FastAPI/Flask) leveraging foundation models (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral).

- Implement advanced prompt chaining, function calling, tool integration, and structured output formatting.

- Fine-tune and optimize AI models for token efficiency, latency, accuracy, and operational cost.

4. Enterprise Integration & Governance :

- Collaborate with Data, Platform, and DevOps teams to build cloud-native, scalable AI deployment pipelines (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

- Enforce Responsible AI, observability, performance tracking, evaluation frameworks, and enterprise security compliance.

Key Requirements & Technical Skills :

- Experience: 8+ years in core software development with a heavy focus on Generative AI, machine learning, and enterprise data solutions.

- Core Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python.

- GenAI & Agent Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.

- Vector Databases: Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.

- LLMs & APIs: Proven experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, along with REST API frameworks like FastAPI / Flask.

- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Bonus: Knowledge Graph integration, specialized AI evaluation frameworks, and experience with large-scale unstructured enterprise data.
