1. Salesforce Architect

Experience : 15-20 years

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions using best practices, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.

- Define technical architecture, data models, and integration strategies.

- Design and define scalable Salesforce technical architecture solutions that align with business needs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

- Guide development teams through technical challenges and ensure best practices are followed.

- Provide technical leadership in Salesforce platform capabilities such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

- Design and implement API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Create documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained.

- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, tools, and capabilities to improve system performance and functionality.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, GitHub) for Salesforce deployment.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

- Strong experience in data migration strategies and tools.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices for Salesforce development.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Extensive experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and architecture.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and sharing rules.

- Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL tools.

- Proven experience in designing scalable and secure solutions.
