Role Summary :
We are looking for strong Support Engineers who understand the business domain and application workflows, and who can step into QA or development tasks when required.
This role supports production systems during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems.
- Understand end-to-end business flows to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Monitor alerts, logs, and dashboards to resolve incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and suggest long-term fixes.
- Execute data fixes, scripts, or minor code changes when required.
- Support QA activities such as regression testing or validation during releases.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2- 5 years of experience in application or production support.
- Strong understanding of business workflows and system behavior.
- Hands-on experience with development or scripting (Java, .NET, Python, SQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI-enabled systems or automation tools.
- Experience working in US night shift environments.
- Good communication skills for stakeholder updates.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools.
- Prior experience in SaaS or fintech platforms.
