Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Magento QA Engineer with strong experience in manual testing for Magento and e-commerce platforms, along with exposure to mobile, API, and automation testing. The ideal candidate will ensure end-to-end quality across web and mobile applications, covering critical e-commerce workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform manual testing for Magento and e-commerce websites, covering :

1. Checkout flows

2. Payment gateways

3. Promotions, coupons, and offers

4. Third-party integrations

- Conduct mobile application testing on iOS and Android platforms to ensure :

1. Smooth functionality

2. UI/UX consistency

3. Cross-device and OS compatibility

- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA / Bugzilla, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

- Execute SQL queries for backend data validation and verification.

- Perform API testing using Postman to validate integrations and data flow.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, test case creation, and test execution cycles.

- Ensure high-quality, stable releases across web and mobile platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Magento QA testing and e-commerce workflows.

- Hands-on expertise in manual testing for complex web applications.

- Experience testing checkout, payment gateways, and promotional logic.

- Knowledge of mobile app testing for iOS and Android.

- Proficiency with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.

- Experience with API testing tools like Postman.

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have / Added Advantage :

- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress.

- Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA best practices.

- Experience working in high-traffic e-commerce environments.
