Sierra Digital - Senior SAP FI Consultant - S/4 HANA Implementation

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior SAP FI Consultant with over 10 years of domain and technical expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations, ECC to S/4HANA conversions, and cross-company financial configurations.

You will play a key role in driving client success by leading workshops, gathering business requirements, configuring SAP FI modules, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and ECC to S/4HANA system conversion projects.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, gather detailed business requirements, and lead blueprinting workshops with clients.

- Design, configure, and implement the full suite of SAP FI modules.

- Set up and support cross-company transactions, intercompany processes, and ensure global process standardization.

- Collaborate with SAP CO, MM, SD and other module teams for end-to-end solution integration.

- Develop and maintain functional specifications for reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms (RICEF).

- Oversee data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation for master and transactional data.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Guide and mentor junior consultants, and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during critical project phases.

- Assist in cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live support/stabilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, or related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of SAP FI experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting.

- In-depth understanding of integration points with CO, MM, and SD.

- Proven experience in data migration, RICEF objects, and business process design.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP FI Certification

- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Activate methodology

- Background in Finance or Accounting domain

- Exposure to international rollouts and multi-currency environments
