Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC) to support the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of our HR systems. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of EC capabilities, a strong grasp of HR business processes, and experience configuring global HR solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure Employee Central modules including :

- Job Information

- Personal Information

- Organizational Management (e.g., positions, cost centers)

- Workflows and Event Reason Derivations

- Business Rules and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

Manage data models such as :

- Corporate Data Model (CDM)

- Succession Data Model (SDM)

- MDF Objects and Foundation Objects

- Perform end-to-end implementation activities : workshops, documentation, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

- Provide support for integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, time, benefits).

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure compliance and process efficiency.

- Stay current with SAP product releases, roadmaps, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Strong functional knowledge of HR business processes.

Experience with :

- Employee Central Core configuration

- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

- MDF Object configuration

- XML configuration (data models, picklists)

- SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (preferred or required).

- Experience working in multi-country, global implementations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of Integration Center, Boomi or CPI, and API-based integrations.

- Agile or project management methodology experience (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment :

- Cross-functional project teams

- May involve travel (1020%) for global project support.
