Job Description

We are looking for: Software Test Architect,

Youll make an impact by :

Test Strategy & Architecture :


- Define and evolve the overall test strategy, architecture, and roadmap for complex software systems.

- Develop scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks and tools across multiple platforms (web, mobile, APIs, cloud).

- Establish best practices for test design, automation, performance testing, and nonfunctional testing.

- Identify and implement tools for CI/CD pipeline integration with testing.

Leadership & Collaboration :


- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to integrate quality across the SDLC.

- Mentor and guide test engineers and software developers in test automation and best practices.

- Lead technical reviews of test automation code and architecture.

Quality Governance :


- Drive quality metrics and KPIs, and ensure quality gates are met across projects.

- Implement strategies for early defect detection and prevention.

- Influence the culture of quality within the engineering organization.

Continuous Improvement :


- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in test automation, AI-based testing, and QA tooling.

- Conduct proof-of-concept initiatives and lead the adoption of new tools and techniques.

- Continuously improve the test process and eiciency of QA practices.

Use your skills to move the world forward :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-5 years as a Test Architect or Lead Test Engineer.

- Strong experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.

- Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright ,Selenium, Appium, Cypress, , TestNG, JUnit, REST Assured).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

- Expertise in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) and non-functional testing.

- Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

- Familiarity with modern development practices such as Agile, DevOps, TDD, and BDD.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working in global, distributed teams is a plus.
