We are looking for an IBM CLM Operation Manager.

Youll make a difference by :

- Applying fix packs and performing upgrades for IBM HTTP Server and IBM DB2.

- Troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, including L4 tickets with IBM.

- Performing re-indexing and compacting of RS Jena databases.

- Implementing and maintaining security regulations and standards.

- Managing users and handling operational tickets.

- Installing and upgrading UrbanCode Deploy (UCD) and manage deployment processes.

- Collaborating with IBM support for issue resolution and escalations.

Youll win us over by :

- Having Strong knowledge of IBM DB2, IBM HTTP Server, and UCD.

- Having Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning.

- Having Familiarity with re-indexing and database compacting techniques.

- Understanding of enterprise security standards and compliance.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
