Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Siebel Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, Workflow, EAI, and Open UI. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Siebel CRM applications to support dynamic business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform Siebel Configuration including Business Components (BC), Business Objects (BO), Applets, Views, and Screens.

- Develop custom functionality using Siebel eScript and Siebel VB for both browser-side and server-side scripting.

- Design, build, and troubleshoot Siebel Workflows to automate and streamline business processes.

- Implement and support Siebel EAI for both real-time and batch data integrations using Web Services, VBCs, EBCs, and Integration Objects.

- Customize Siebel Open UI using PM (Presentation Model), PR (Physical Renderer), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to improve user experience.

- Participate in design discussions, peer code reviews, and technical documentation.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, DevOps, and deployment teams to deliver quality software.

- Support testing cycles including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Analyze and resolve technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and integration failures.

Required Skills :

- Siebel Configuration : BC, BO, Applets, Views, Screens

- Siebel Scripting : eScript and Siebel VB (both server-side and browser-side)

- Workflow Development and Debugging

- EAI : Web Services (Inbound/Outbound), MQ, XML/XSLT, Integration Objects, VBC, EBC

- Open UI : Customization using JavaScript, PM, PR, HTML, CSS

- Strong debugging and analytical skills

- Good understanding of Siebel architecture and performance optimization techniques

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Siebel Tools 20.x or later

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL

- Experience with version control tools like Git

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project management methodologies

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

- Oracle Siebel Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
