We are seeking an experienced Siebel EIM Developer with a strong understanding of Siebel UCM (Universal Customer Master) and proven expertise in developing and managing batch interfaces using ETL tools and Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager).

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a hands-on approach to resolving complex integration issues across environments.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain batch interfaces using Siebel EIM and ETL tools

- Troubleshoot and resolve production and lower environment issues related to EIM processes

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Perform data mapping, transformation, and data quality validation within EIM workflows

- Optimize performance of EIM processes and conduct root cause analysis for data load failures

- Work with Siebel UCM modules for customer data consolidation and management

- Maintain documentation for interface design, process flow, and troubleshooting guides

- Support deployments, code promotions, and coordinate with QA and support teams


Minimum Qualifications :


- 9+ years of overall experience working as a Siebel EIM Developer

- Strong hands-on expertise in Siebel EIM and ETL tools

- Solid experience in creating new batch interfaces, data migration, and data integration

- Working knowledge of Siebel UCM (Universal Customer Master)

- Proven experience in troubleshooting production issues and performance tuning of EIM processes

- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecom Engineering, or equivalent


Preferred Skills :


- Familiarity with Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflows, and Data Quality tools


- Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Ability to work in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
