- Provide technology design and development expertise and consultation, in the development, integration, launch, scaling, and maintenance of new and existing products and solutions

- Promote use of innovative new technology and best practices for solution development initiatives

- Identifies key application design patterns and standard application frameworks

- Provide design directives to junior software developers, including how to construct and integrate software, in order to meet all functional and non-functional requirements

- Clearly describe fine-grained components, application programming interfaces and frameworks (development and runtime) of a system based on requirements

Essential Job Functions :

- 5+ years strong experience on Siebel EIM, SQL & PLSQL.

- Hands on experience in Data Integration and configuration.

- Hands on experience in OEDQ Oracle Enterprise Data Quality and ODI - Oracle Data Integrator or Siebel UCM is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model.

- Strong understanding of relational database concepts.

- Hands on experience on any ETL or ELT tools.

- Hands on experience in Siebel configuration and Workflows.

- Knowledge on Oracle SOA.

- Ability to support and monitor production data loads and real time integrations

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers and project teams,

- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and across multiple initiatives.

- Should have passion to learn and implement new technologies
