Siebel Developer - Implementation & Support

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform Siebel configuration and development using Siebel Tools

- Design and implement Siebel Workflows, Business Services, and E-Scripting

- Develop and maintain Siebel EAI integrations (Web Services, VBCs, Integration Objects)

- Customize and support Siebel Open UI components and architecture

- Own the entire Siebel CRM development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solutions aligned with business objectives

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of existing modules

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and quality benchmarks

- Prepare technical documentation, unit test cases, and deployment instructions

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in Siebel E-Scripting, Siebel Workflows, and Siebel EAI

- Solid exposure to Siebel Open UI and its customization

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills

- Experience in Agile and DevOps-based development environments

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Siebel deployments

- Knowledge of third-party integration and enterprise CRM ecosystems
