Job Title : Siebel Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer with a strong background in Siebel Configuration, E-Scripting, Workflows, EAI, and Open UI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform Siebel configuration and development using Siebel Tools

- Design and implement Siebel workflows, business services, and scripts

- Develop and maintain Siebel EAI integrations using web services, VBCs, and integration objects

- Customize and support Siebel Open UI components and architecture

- Handle end-to-end Siebel CRM development lifecycle including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business goals

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of existing modules

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality practices

- Prepare technical documentation, unit test cases, and deployment instructions

Mandatory Skills :

- Siebel Configuration and Development

- Siebel E-Scripting

- Siebel Workflows

- Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)

- Siebel Open UI

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments

Good to Have :

- Experience with PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, or Python

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, OCI)

- Knowledge of Siebel Upgrade/Migration

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Siebel certifications (optional but preferred)
