Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Siebel CRM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Siebel configuration, development, and integration. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Telecom domain implementations and be proficient across core Siebel modules, order management, and reporting. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements

- Work extensively on Account and Contact Management modules

- Support and enhance Assistant Agent Billing Care functionalities

- Develop and customize using Siebel eScript, Browser Script, and Open UI

- Handle CRM Order Management, Customer Service Workbench (CSW), and EAI integrations

- Configure and manage Siebel Workforce Management solutions

- Implement and support Siebel PRM / Dealer Management modules

- Work on Siebel Field Service configuration and enhancements

- Design, develop, and maintain Siebel BI Publisher Reports

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, solution design, and delivery

- Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation

Technical Skills & Requirements :

- 5- 12 years of hands-on Siebel CRM experience

- Strong experience in Siebel Configuration and Development

- Expertise in Open UI, Siebel Scripting (eScript, Browser Script)

- In-depth knowledge of CRM Order Management, CSW, and EAI

- Experience in Siebel Workforce Management

- Hands-on exposure to PRM / Dealer Management and Field Service modules

- Strong reporting experience using Siebel BI Publisher

- Experience working on Siebel Version 20.x and above (preferred)

- Telecom domain experience is mandatory
